Recently, some of the shared servers at xamaa.com have had some minor and few major problems and experienced some downtimes on a few occasions. This is due to the fact that there are a few websites on each of these servers that are monopolizing the resources available, causing MYSQL and Apache to crash. We understand these issues caused by a few websites are very frustrating for our other customers, and we here at xamaa.com will continue to track down these abusers to prevent such issues from happening in the future.

We believe some improvements need to be made in option Uptime and reliability on our shared servers at xamaa.com in order to keep all valued customers 100% satisfied with our services. Thus, as of today, we will be moving a certain amount of shared hosting accounts to our brand new shared servers. Those customers who will have their accounts moved to our new servers will be contacted personally in order to be informed about their new IP information. Note that this transfer will not cause any downtime, and all your data, including files, images, databases, emails, etc., will be transferred automatically.
